When steering a dredger implement comprising a cutting member and anchoring means inaccuracies are introduced because the anchoring point is not reliable. In order to decrease such inaccuracies in accordance with the invention in locating the cutting member with respect to the anchoring means a correction factor is introduced for correcting errors of the anchoring means.
