摘要：
Inhibition of enkephalinase activity in mammals is achieved by the present novel compounds having the formula
and parmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein
heteroaryl, or (heteroaryl)alkyl;
R 2 and R 3 are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, (cycloalkyl)alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heteroaryl, or (heteroaryl)alkyl;
R 4 is hydroxy, alkoxy, arylalkoxy, (heteroaryl)alkoxy, (substituted alkyl)oxy, or -NR 6 R7, wherein R 6 and R 7 are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, or (heteroaryl)alkyl; and
n is an integer of 1 to 15.
