An N-substituted triazole compound of the formula:

Ph is a phenyl group or a phenyl group substituted with one or two halogen atoms, R' is a C 1 -C 3 alkyl group, R 2 is a hydrogen atom or a C 1 -C 3 alkyl group, R 3 is a C 1 -C 8 alkyl group, a C 1 -C 8 cycloalkylalkyl group or a C 3 -C 6 cycloalkyl group and n is 0,1 or 2, or an acid addition salt thereof, which is useful as an antifungal agent.
