In order to obtain in surgery better cosmetic results and eliminate the infection risks of stitching holes, there is proposed a spring clamp (1) of which the compression surfaces (5') have flat or cambered protuberant parts (7), excluding perforations of the skin and at the same time providing for a good securing of the clamp to the skin.
