wherein Ar is an aromatic or aromatic-heterocyclic ring system;
W is oxygen, S(0) or NR 9 wherein x is 0, 1 or 2 and R 9 is hydrogen or C 1 to C 4 alkyl;
W 1 is oxygen, S(0) x or NR;
W 2 is oxgen or S(0) x ;
W 3 is C=0 or C=S;
Y 3 is halogen, cyano, nitro or lower haloalkyl;
n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; and
R is a (substituted) inorganic or organic group.
