A pack for the curative treatment of patients by the application or removal of energy, which is provided with an incorporated thermal accumulator (14) in order to improve the temperature distribution and handling, the accumulator being broken down into a plurality of containers (cup-like plates (18)). The rows and lines of containers are at specific distances such that bending lines (24) are produced. A buffer material is inserted in the vacant space (26) between the periphery of the temperature accumulator (14) and the casing (12).
