摘要：
Bovine protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) is disclosed that is a polypeptide containing the amino acid sequence shown in Figure 3. Since the polypeptide has protein disulfide isomerase activity and it catalyzes the exchange reaction between sulfhydryl and disulfide in protein, the polypeptide can be used as a catalyst to re-construct protein having an natural-type disulfide bond from reduced-type protein and oxidized-type protein having unnatural-type disulfide bond.
