A method of manufacturing a multi-type fixing tool (15) for prestressed concrete, in which a plurality of fixing tool units (10) is inserted into a cylindrical mould, a thermosetting synthetic resin is poured into the mould so as to form a cylindrical moulded shape (13), a fibre (14) is wrapped around the cylindrical surface of the moulded shape (13) while a thermosetting synthetic resin is impregnated in the fibre (14), and then the impregnated resin is hardened.
