摘要：
An ophthalmic (10) lens has three elements, a contact lens (30), a center lens (36), and an entry lens (42). The lens produces a wide field, aerial image of the fundus (16) of the eye. The lens provides high resolution of the peripheral retina, and causes little or no distortion of the laser beam used for peripheral fundus laser treatment.
