摘要：
This invention relates to a method and apparatus for automatically cutting and removing a small diameter lap bobbin (3) comprising passing a small diameter lap bobbin (3) which is clamped on its end surface by a lap bobbin holder (7) between a pair of feed rollers (5,6) of a lap feeder (1) which we spaced apart from each other; moving downward the lap bobbin; cutting a lap sheet (4) by the tension of the lap sheet (4) at that time; releasing the clamp of the bobbin (3); dropping the bobbin (3) to a deliver device (9) and discharging the bobbin (3).
