A trolley for hand-carrying suitcases and the like consists of a structure (1) provided with a pair of wheels (2), and it is provided with a device (8), pivoted on said structure (1), which acts as a load retaining device in a forward position, whereas when it is overturned backwards and locked on a back arc (6) by means of stops (7) it acts as a stand to rest the trolley in a backwards inclined position.
