An applicator for applying seamless flooring material is disclosed. The preferred embodiment includes a chassis (42) steerably mounted on wheels (44, 46). A hydraulic pump (58) pumps fluid in series through hydraulic motors (68) on the wheels to provide propulsion. A dispensing hopper (12) is supported at the rear end of the chassis (42) with the height of the hopper (12) adjustable on each side. The applicator is part of a seamless flooring material application system, which additionally includes a forklift liftable dumpster (2), top-fillable with flooring material from mixing apparatus and positionable above the dispensing hopper of the applicator, and bottom-openable (16) to dump the flooring material into the applicator hopper.
