A laminated louver (10) is disclosed comprised of a cover (31), adhesive (32) and main body (12). The louver (110) is first extruded (112) with flanges (16) and passed through pressure rollers (117) along with the covering material (31) wherein the flanges (16) capture the covering material (31).
