摘要：
An electrolytic capacitor (10) of the present invention is so constituted that a capacitor element (12) steeped with an electrolytic solution containing quaternary ammonia salts is accommodated in an armor case (16) of which aperture is sealed with a sealing body (22). To achieve the above object, an external terminal (14) of the electrolytic capacitor (10) has a contact surface contacting with the sealing body (22) and being coated by a ceramic coating layer (34).
