[wherein R 1 represents C 20 -C 44 alkyl or alkenyl group; R 2 , R 3 and R 4 represent the same or different each other C 1 -C 5 alkyl or hydroxyalkyl group; Y represents C 2 -C 4 alkylene group; m is a number of 0 to 20; n is an integer of 1 to 6; and X- represents an anion group].
