Irregular polyhedron puzzle game with pieces of asimetric shapes
Abstract:
A puzzle game assembled with movable parts that harmonizes an irregular polyhedron volume with the appearance of a star of 6 points in the shape of pyramids of rectangular basis (3 x 1), assorted in three pairs of antagonistic apexes, integrated by twenty-seven (27) pieces, of which one (1) is fixed and invisible and twenty-six (26) are movable and visible ones, identified in three (3) types of different shapes (A, B and C). The six (6) A type pieces (30) of pyramidal shape, play rotating asymmetrically with regard to their antagonists, centered by pairs on the axes perpendicularly coordinated in the center of the toy, the twelve (12) B type pieces (20), of asymmetric shape, play translating asymmetrically with regard to the center of the toy and are initially ordered by pairs coordinated on three (3) pairs or parallel axes arranged: four (4) horizontal and two (2) vertical ones that are intercrossed eccentric and equidistant to the center of the toy, and the eight (8) C type pieces (10) play diagonally coordinated with regard to the center of the toy. By means of 90 degrees turns of the pyramids, the positions of the asymmetric shapes (6A+12B) interrelated geometrically are disordered, presenting visible distorted the precise geometric shape of the star. The eight (8) C type pieces (10) are translated and remain conforming the interior corners of the star and can be found related superficially in the color models of the puzzle game.
