It is operative to transfer electronic money between two money cards (10) inserted in the card inlets (342, 343), or between a money card (10) inserted in one of the card inlets (342, 343) and other money card (10) linked through the telephone line, thereby enabling the person-to-person, person-to-bank, and person-to-retailer transactions based on electronic money.
