摘要：
The invention concerns a process and device for preparing foamed materials from two-component reactive plastics materials using carbon dioxide as expanding agent and by mixing at least one of the reactive components with carbon dioxide under pressure and generating a mixture containing liquid carbon dioxide, mixing with the other reactive component, expansion and curing of the plastics material. The reactive component mixture containing carbon dioxide is expanded at ambient pressure through at least one slotted grating (21) having narrow slotted spacings.
