A plurality (1) of long-and-narrow rectangular plate-like clips (3) to be used in a clipping apparatus are arranged to be spaced away from the neighboring clips in parallel. The plurality (1) of plate-like clips (3) are connected by connecting members (4), and the connected unit of the clips (3) is wound into a roll so that the connecting members are positioned outside the roll.
