摘要:
The variation condition of the light obtained by a liquid (10) held in a liquid vessel (9) is detected by a nozzle (2) adapted to suck the liquid (10), whereby the surface of extraneous matter mixed in, and an interface of a liquid, the color of which is different from that of the liquid sucked by the nozzle (2) are determined. This invention provides a novel liquid suction examination method capable of detecting the surface of extraneous matter mixed in, and an interface of a liquid, the color of which is different from that of a liquid with a very high sensitivity without being influenced by the waving of the surface of the liquid, by monitoring lower end openings of a dispensation tip (8) and a cleaning tip from the side of the nozzle (2) in such a manner as to visually recognize one opening of a tunnel from the other opening; and a dispensation apparatus driving-controlled by this method.
