摘要：
A detecting coil 3 of a SQUID 10 is made of a superconductive film material having a critical temperature higher than the critical temperature of a superconductive film material used to form the Josephson junctions 1. It is thus possible properly to measure the sample even when its temperature is higher than the critical temperature of the Josephson junctions.
