摘要：
An apparatus for, and a method of, generating an orientation operation command of an NC machine tool, wherein a machining surface of a workpiece is classified into groups in accordance with its inclination on the basis of machining information. An optimum orientation angle is determined for each group, and a numeric control command is generated on the basis of the angle.
