A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a guiding means for guiding a recording sheet, wherein the guiding means is formed by a discharging layer including a conductive substrate which is electrically grounded and an organic conductive fiber provided on the conductive substrate, and a surface of the guiding means is arranged to be in close proximity to a surface of the recording sheet.
