The terminal (18, 40, and 64) further includes a locking means (65) for locking the arms (56) in the retaining position to lock the controlled member (62) in the pocket (58) . The locking means (65) is movably supported by the terminal (18, 40, and 64) for movement between a locking position to lock the arms (56) in the retaining position and a release position allowing the arms (56) to move to the receiving position.
