The invention relates to a method and device for making layer electrodes. The initial idea is to accurately regulate, at any time of an electrolytic precipitation process, the concentration of electrolytic components and addition agents and to provide in the electrolytic bath auxiliary electrodes enabling absorption and/or rejection during a given time of certain electrolytic components and addition agents.
