wherein X represents a hydrogen or halogen atom; Y represents a halogen atom; R 1 represents a C 1 -C 6 alkyl group; R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or C 1 -C 3 alkyl group; R 3 represents a C 1 -C 3 haloalkyl group; B represents a hydrogen atom, OR 4 group or COOR 5 group; R 4 represents a hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 3 -C 6 alkenyl, C 3 -C 6 alkynyl, (C 1 -C 8 alkoxy)carbonylC 1 -C 6 alkyl or carboxyC 1 -C 6 alkyl group; and R 5 represents a hydrogen atom, C 1 -C 6 alkyl, C 3 -C 6 alkenyl or C 3 -C 6 alkynyl group,
