摘要：
In a process for initialising a printer or copying machine, control data are loaded into a working memory (G-RAM) of a machine control unit (GS). The control data are compared with comparative values which correspond to a predetermined, admissible control data range. An error signal is generated when the control data lies outside the admissible data range.
