The invention concerns a peeling device arranged downstream of a rotary machine for cutting out cardboard blanks (4) comprising a housing (1, 1') provided with elements supporting (9, 11) two shafts (5, 5') driven synchronously in rotation and supporting rotary elements (7, 7') between which is driven the cut out cardboard blank, one of said elements (7, 7') comprising prehensile means (8) for grasping the peel (4) so as to separate it from the rest of the blank (4'). Said device is characterised in that the elements supporting (9, 11) the shafts (5, 5') comprise maintaining means (15, 16) enabling the latter to be fixed and removed and angular indexing means relative to those of the two shafts (5, 5').
