摘要：
The invention relates to an automatic braking system for motor vehicles. This braking system reduces braking distance by means of drive-specific vehicle control signals, whilst at the same time reducing the necessary costs. The inventive elements (8 or 21-29, 34-37) which are provided ensure that the wheel brakes (10-13) are pre-filled when a control signal occurs representing the speed of a gas pedal movement when operating force is withdrawn.
