A shutter locking device comprising a bar (22) hinged to a wing (4) of the shutter and movable between a configuration in which its ends engage in a first hook element (38) rigid with said wing and in a second hook element coplanar with said first element, and a configuration in which said first and second hook elements are disengaged.
