The invention concerns a hybrid pipe characterised in that it comprises a rigid metal central portion (8) whereof the top end (9) is connected to at least an upper section (5) of flexible pipe of predetermined length and whereof the other lower end is connected to a flexible section (11) having a length not less than the length of the flexible pipe upper section (5).
