The invention relates to a method for finishing textiles. According to said method, dyed cotton fabrics are treated with epichlorhydrin-cross-linked polyamidoamines. The polymers, known as fibrabones, are characterised in that reliably prevent loss of colour and bleeding in the wearing and washing of cotton fabrics, especially dark denim.
