A toner fuser roller with suppressed electrostatic charge build-up for fixing a toner image to a receiver comprising: (a) a core; and (b) an overcoat layer formed over the core and defining a surface that contacts the receiver, the overcoat layer including electrically conductive fine powder in an amount of 10 to 29 weight percent so as to make the overcoat layer electrically conductive and suppress electrostatic charge build-up and improve thermal conductivity.
