The invention is characterised in that the device comprises an elastic element (30), such as a spring, co-operating with said reservoir (20) or the plunger (25), and with a cocking member (40), said cocking member(40) being manually mobile relative to said body (10) to compress said spring (30) and being locked relative to said body (10) in at least one locking position wherein said spring (30) is compressed, said device comprising at least a triggering member (50, 51) designed to release said spring (30) to move said at least one plunger (25) relative to said reservoir (20) to discharge a dose of product.
