The invention relates to a device for cutting food products (12) comprising a support (10) for said product, a blade (14) revolving in a cutting plane (S) and an intercalated sheet feeding device (20), which guides the free end (22) of a continuos strip (24) by means of compressed air in front of the front end of the product support (10) in order to provide an intercalated sheet between slices of the cut product.
