A control roller (54) that rolls out on the control cam (2) is rotationally mounted on the control roller arm (52) and a counter roller (55) that rolls out on the counter cam (3) is rotationally mounted on the counter roller arm (53). The control cam (2) and the counter cam (3) act on the double lever (5) in opposite directions of rotation. A spring element roller (62) that is located on a spring element lever (6) rolls out on the spring element cam (4). A spring element (61) is located on the spring element lever (6), and acts on the double lever (5) in the same direction of rotation as the counter roller (65).
