The present invention relates to a new individual autonomous heating device comprising, in particular, an exothermic material as a source of heat and a flexible heat-distributing layer positioned between the source of heat and the object being heated, wherein the heat-distributing layer is made of a material with anisotropic heat conductivity creating a primarily lateral heat flow, with a relative lateral heat conductivity within the range of 1.6-0.4 J/( DEG C cm sec).
