摘要：
The invention describes recombinant adenoviral vectors, in which reading frames E1 and/or E3 have been selected, said frames containing a therapeutic gene selected from amongst the gene of metaloprotease, a gene that activates the plasminogen derived from the urokinase (uPA) and the hepatocyte growth factor gene (HGF) among others. The invention also describes methods for preparing said vectors, compositions prepared with said vectors and the use thereof in genic therapy of different types of fibrosis.
