摘要：
The invention relates to a method for producing binding agents for lacquer by radical homopolymerisation or copolymerisation of water-insoluble ethylenically unsaturated monomers, optionally together with water-soluble monomers. According to said method, the homopolymerisation or copolymerisation is carried out in an aqueous medium in the presence of conventional polymerisation initiators, until polymers with an average molecular weight of between 1000 and 1,000,000 are obtained. The polymerisation takes place in the presence of cyclodextrin or cyclodextrin derivatives and/or the water-insoluble monomers are used in the form of complexes containing cyclodextrin and/or cyclodextrin derivatives.
