A dermatological hand glass is disclosed, comprising a hand piece with an illumination unit (4), for the area of skin under examination and a lens. The invention is characterised in that the illumination unit is fixed to the handpiece and the lens piece (5) is exchangeable, for adjustment of the size of the skin region to be examined.
