The method comprises a first step to make a plurality of notches in a substantially plane panel having a surface extension at least equal to the sum of the surface of the bottom wall (40) and the surfaces of the lateral walls (41, 42, 43, 45) to delimit the bottom wall (40) from the lateral walls (41, 42, 43, 45), and a second injection step to inject plastic material into the plurality of notches, maintaining the panel pressed with a force sufficient so that it is not deformed during this injection step, in order to achieve joining layers, functioning as a hinge, inside the notches.
