The fluid-filled mount includes a stud (7) supporting a target vibrating material (2) at one end thereof, a cup-shaped housing (5) having a closed bottom and filled with a damping fluid (12), an elastic cylindrical body (9) mounted to an upper portion of the cup-shaped housing and supporting a sleeve (8) such that the sleeve is slidably assembled with the stud at a position between the stud and the elastic cylindrical body, a damping plate (6) mounted to a lower end of the stud and placed in the damping fluid, a spring (11) disposed between the damping plate and the bottom of the cup-shaped housing to absorb impact, and sliding seals (10) fitted into a gap between the sleeve and the stud to prevent fluid leakage.
