The invention relates to the application of a spinning muck-spreader for the distribution of manure and similar over agricultural areas, comprising a reservoir and at least two rotating, driven, spinning discs arranged beneath the reservoir on which at least two throwing shovels, comprising two pieces and of various lengths are arranged. At least the external part of each of the throwing shovels may be adjusted and fixed in various positions to achieve various lengths of the throwing shovels and can be moved in relation to the inner part of each throwing shovel and into various positions for adjustment of several spreading width ranges. Each throwing shovel, comprising an internal and an external part, is embodied as a telescopically-extending and -retracting throwing shovel. A spinning muck-spreader for various working width ranges adjustable over a total spreading width range of from about 18 to 48m may be achieved, whereby, for a spreading width range of from 18-28 m the parts of the throwing shovels may be adjusted in position relative to each other, such that the circumferential speed of the spreading edge of the shortest throwing shovel is 22.61 26.38 m/s, preferably about 24.12 m/sec and the circumferential speed of the longest throwing shovel is 32.03 35.80 m/s, preferably about 34.06 m/sec, for a spreading width range of about 24-48 m, preferably up to 45 m, the parts of the throwing shovels may be adjusted in position relative to each other, such that the circumferential speed of the spreading edge of the shortest throwing shovel is 24.87 28.64 m/sec, preferably about 26.75 m/sec and the circumferential speed of the longest throwing shovel is 39.56 43.33 m/s, preferably about 41.60 m/sec.
