The present invention relates to a sliding element (1) for a shoe sole, in particular of a sports shoe, with an upper sliding surface (3) and a lower sliding surface (2), wherein the lower sliding surface (2) is arranged below the upper sliding surface (3) such as to be slideable in at least two directions.
According to a further aspect, the present invention relates to a shoe sole for a shoe, in particular a sports shoe comprising at least one sliding element.
