摘要：
The invention concerns a moulding plate for cooking comprising a base (1) made of a flexible material having a side wall (3) whereof the top end defines an opening (5) and a rigid reinforcement (7). The base (1) comprises an upper ring (4) extending radially towards the outside of the side wall (3) at the opening (5). The annular reinforcement (7) is fixed to said upper ring (4), over the entire periphery and at a predetermined distance from the opening (5).
