摘要：
An instrument for surgically treating female urinary incontinence comprises at least one curved needle (10) by means of which a band (26), starting from the vagina, is drawn in on both sides of the urethra toward the abdominal wall and forms a loop that supports the connective tissue. The band (26) is detachably coupled to the needle (10). A grip (16) can be detachably placed on an end section (14) of the needle (10). The distal tip (12) of the needle (10) is arranged on the inner side of the curvature in an eccentric manner and is sharpened by a skid.
