The inventive sunshade comprises a mast (1) and an arm in the form of scissors (5) consisting of two actuating elements (2, 4) which is movably fixed thereto. One of the actuating elements (2) is connected to the mast, and the other actuating element (4) is connected to an element (7) sliding along the mast. Radially oriented bars (10) and guiding elements (11), along with the scissors (5) form a collapsible frame for the fabric of the sunshade. The bars (10) are connected to a lower holding element (9). The guiding elements (11) are connected to an upper holding element (8). Said holding elements (8, 9) are arranged on the ends of the two actuating elements (2, 4). In an opened state, the sunshade fabric is tensed on the supporting frame and on the scissors (5).
