Means for Resolution: Having a composition of 3% of Sophora radix, 2% of Curcuma aromatisca, 2% of Magnoliae cortex, 2% of Montan cortex, 1% of Baphicacanthes cusia, 1% of Borneolum syntheticum, 2% of Scutellariae radix, 2% of Phellodendri cortex, 1% of Angellica dahurica, 3% of lemon, 2% of Polygonum cuspidatum, 0.5% of Glycyrrhizae radix, 0.5% of Chidii rhizoma, 0.5% of Angelica acutiloba, 0.5% of salicylic acid, 0.5% of resorcin, 3% of lanoline, 3% of alcohol and 70.5% of white petrolactum. Owing to synergistic action of the antibacterial, antiviral, antiallergic, antiinflammtory, blood circulation-accelerating, antifungal, sterilizing and antipruritic effects of the above-described components, the effect of accelerating the penetration of active ingredients into the deep part under the skin of Chidii rhizoma and Angelica acutiloba, and the cornificaiton-accelerating effects of salicylic acid and resorcin, various dermatites such as atopic dermatitis can be innovatively treated.
