An apparatus for compression molding of articles made of plastics, comprising: Molding means (1); feeding means for feeding doses (D) of plastic material, which are provided with removal elements (7) for removing in succession said doses from an extruder (8) and transferrring the doses (D) onto said molding means (1); and conditioning means for conditioning temperature of said doses during transfer thereof from said extruder to said molding means.
