摘要：
A post bearing (10) and method of manufacture in which bearing balls (14) are loaded into a series of pocket holes (16) arranged along a helical pattern in a sleeve cage (12). A single groove (26) is swaged into the outside diameter of the sleeve intermediate the ball turns to capture the balls in the pocket holes.
